The Client Services team is the frontline IT support for the university community, providing technical help, troubleshooting, device set up and assistance, training, and retail computer and peripheral sales.

Adam Pocius, Executive IT Director Of Pueblo and Client Services for the CSU System
Adam Pocius serves as the Executive IT Director of Pueblo and Client Services for the CSU System. In this role, he provides leadership on IT strategy, leads diverse IT teams, and focuses on the customer experience for students, faculty, and staff. He routinely meets with diverse stakeholders across multiple locations, aiming to enhance learning, teaching, innovation, and educational experiences.

Adam is a creative thinker and servant leader who has supported academics, learning, teaching, and research initiatives throughout his 15-year career in higher education. He is passionate about connecting with people, building long-lasting relationships, and aiding underserved student populations in gaining transformational experiences that propel them toward their life goals.

Over his tenure, Adam has played a pivotal role in developing the vision for the Pueblo campus, supporting the creation of experiential opportunities for diverse students through innovative educational technologies, and providing strategic leadership for both IT and non-IT teams. His involvement extends to capital projects, audio/visual multimedia design, and renovations that reshape flexible learning spaces, evolving our capabilities in a rapidly changing world. His recent work has help set the foundation of CSU System IT Alignment across multiple campuses.

Before joining CSU, Adam led his web development business, serving many non-profits in Colorado. He co-led diverse teams on business modeling and development projects and facilitated workshops centered around understanding the differences in how we think and navigate life.

Adam holds an MBA from Western Governors University and is a CSU Pueblo alum with a BA in Media Communications and Graphic Design.
