  • Starts: Thursday, January 15th, 2026 (12:00 AM)

  • Ends: Monday, January 26th, 2026 (11:59 PM)

Requirements during this period:

  • Approvals: Requests for changes to central systems will require Division of IT leadership approval.

  • Evaluation: Changes will be assessed based on potential disruption to start-of-term operations and system stability.
