Units within the Experience and Collaboration department support the teaching, research, and service mission of the University through technology operations.

The Assistant Vice President for Experience and Collaboration role is currently vacant. While the department’s leadership role is in transition, oversight is being shared by the Division of IT Senior Leadership Team to ensure continuity and support.

Academic Technology

The Academic Technology team supports CSU’s learning environment through a variety of services tailored to help strategize, design, develop and integrate technologies to improve learning outcomes. Services provided include classroom audio/video maintenance and support and operating learning management systems.

Enterprise Collaborative Services

The Enterprise Collaborative Services teams manage productivity, collaboration, and communication applications and services used campuswide. Services include software licensing, endpoint management system service, and Microsoft system operations.

The Computer Support Services team is the frontline IT support and provides technical help, troubleshooting, device set up and assistance, training at CSU Fort Collins, CSU Pueblo, and Spur campuses.
