The organization oversees the University’s enterprise applications (HR, Finance, and SIS) along with Workday product management, enterprise data and analytics, systems integration, and web services. By partnering across the University, EAIS modernizes core technology platforms, strengthens operational excellence, enhances the digital experience, and enables data-informed decision-making.

Assistant Vice President, Enterprise Applications & Integrated Services
Provides executive leadership for Enterprise Applications & Integrated Services (EAIS), overseeing the technology platforms and services that support the University’s academic, research, and administrative missions. Her portfolio includes enterprise resource planning, enterprise data and analytics, systems integration, Workday product management, and web services. Peggy also co-chairs the CSU System Data Governance Committee and the IT Strategy Committee, partnering with executive leadership to strengthen governance, advance digital transformation, and align technology investments with institutional priorities.
Emily Claffey
Product Manager, Workday
Provides product and program leadership for the University’s Workday HCM platform by driving its stabilization, optimization, strategic evolution, and strengthening Workday governance. Partners with stakeholders in HR, IT and Finance to prioritize enhancements, manage the product roadmap, coordinate releases, and maximize adoption of new capabilities while ensuring the platform evolves in alignment with institutional priorities and delivers an exceptional employee experience.
Michael Gillen
Supervisor of Data Integrations
Leads the design, development, and support of enterprise integrations connecting Workday, Banner, Kuali, and other institutional systems. Oversees integration architecture, APIs, middleware, automation, and data exchange services to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable information flow across the University’s technology ecosystem.
Rami Jalal
Director of ERP Systems
Provides strategic and operational leadership for the University’s enterprise business applications, including Workday Human Capital Management, the Kuali Financial System, and the Banner Student Information System. Oversees application strategy, production operations, vendor partnerships, release management, and business process optimization while guiding the long-term ERP roadmap that supports the University’s academic, financial, and administrative operations.

Director of Business Intelligence and Data Integration
Leads the University’s enterprise data, reporting, and analytics strategy, overseeing data architecture, integration services, reporting platforms, and business intelligence capabilities. Partners with institutional leaders to strengthen data governance, improve data quality, and deliver trusted analytics that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

Supervisor, Student Information System (SIS)
Leads the Student Information System (SIS) team, providing operational leadership for the Banner Student Information System and its supporting applications. Oversees day-to-day production support, application enhancements, system maintenance, and service delivery while partnering with campus stakeholders to continuously improve the technology and business processes that support the student lifecycle.

Supervisor of Web Services
Leads the University’s Web Services team, providing strategic and operational leadership for institutional websites and web platforms. Oversees web architecture, development, hosting, accessibility, security, performance, and ongoing platform support. Partners with campus stakeholders to deliver reliable and user-centered digital experiences, strengthen the University’s web presence, and advance institutional standards for accessibility, branding, governance, and sustainable web operations.
