Administrative Operations

The Administrative Operations teams oversee IT audit coordination, policy administration, and facilities and space management, as well as organizational learning programs and divisional HR oversight.

Leadership

Kris Seidel, Interim Director of Administrative Operations, reporting to the Division of Human Resources

Kris Seidel joined Colorado State University in September 2019 as Senior Human Resources Manager and transitioned to Interim Director of Administrative Operations in 2025. Beginning in 2026 with the HR Alignment initiative, she began reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner in the Vice President for Human Resources organization while continuing to support the Division of IT through shared responsibilities spanning Human Resources and Administrative Operations.

Kris’s career in Higher Education has spanned nearly 15 years specifically focused on Human Resources Management, including at the University of Northern Colorado Foundation. She has broad experience in leadership, coaching, consulting services and a profound understanding of non-profit organizations and governance. Kris holds a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from North Park University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management focusing on Project Management.
