Overview

The IT Strategy Committee (ITSC) is responsible for aligning IT investments with the strategic goals of the CSU System. Composed of members of the CSU community, this committee facilitates collaborative decision-making, enhances IT service delivery, and ensures a balance between operational efficiency and technological innovation. 

Charge

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the CSU System’s mission and goals 
  • Prioritize and recommend IT investments and initiatives 
  • Foster collaboration and communication across the CSU System 
  • Ensure IT services meet the needs of students, faculty, and staff 
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of IT investments and services
