Fall 2026 Start of Term Change Freeze

Fall 2026 – Start of Term (Freeze Period: August 20th 12:00am through August 31st 11:59pm):

  • Starts Thursday, before the start of classes (August 20, 2026)
  • Ends Monday, after the start of classes (August 31, 2026)

Requests for changes to central systems will be made only with Division of IT leadership approval.

Changes will be evaluated on the potential for disruption to central systems and critical processes related to end of semester operations.
