Change Freeze for Spring 2025

Finals/Grades (Freeze Period: May 12 12:00am through May 23 11:59pm):

  • Starts Monday of finals week (May 12, 2025)
  • Ends Friday after grades submitted (May 23, 2025)

Requests for changes to central systems will be made only with Division of IT leadership approval.

Changes will be evaluated on the potential for disruption to central systems and critical processes related to end of semester operations.
