Fall 2025 Start of Term Change Freeze

Fall 2025 – Start of Term (Freeze Period: August 21st 12:00am through August 29th 11:59pm):

  • Starts Thursday, before the start of classes (August 21st, 2025)
  • Ends Friday, after the start of classes (August 29th, 2025)

Requests for changes to central systems will be made only with Division of IT leadership approval.

Changes will be evaluated on the potential for disruption to central systems and critical processes related to end of semester operations.
