Administrative Operations teams oversee IT audit coordination, policy administration, and facilities and space management while developing an organizational learning program to enhance staff cybersecurity skills and maintaining divisional HR oversight.

Kris Seidel, Interim Director of Administrative Operations
Kris Seidel joined Colorado State University in September 2019 as the Senior Human Resources Manager. In 2025, she transitioned to her current role as Interim Director of Administrative Operations, overseeing the Division of IT’s Administrative Operations teams.

Kris’s career in Higher Education has spanned nearly 15 years specifically focused on Human Resources Management, including at the University of Northern Colorado Foundation. She has broad experience in leadership, coaching, consulting services and a profound understanding of non-profit organizations and governance. Kris holds a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from North Park University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management focusing on Project Management.
