Change Freeze for Fall 2024

Finals/Grades (Freeze Period: December 9 12:00am through December 20 11:59pm):

  • Starts Monday of finals week (December 9, 2024)
  • Ends Friday after grades submitted (December 20, 2024)

Requests for changes to central systems will be made only with Division of IT leadership approval.

Changes will be evaluated on the potential for disruption to central systems and critical processes related to end of semester operations.
